| Job Description | Supervises and assigns the work of maintenance employees and ensure schedules are maintained.Coordinates, inspects, repairs and maintains all the mechanical systems like blowers, gear boxes, pumps etc.Coordinate emergency and regular repairs and coordinate repairs for plant and building.Daily monitoring the consumption of Electricity, HSD for Boiler, HSD for DG sets and water used for plant.Day to day functioning of maintenance and preventive maintenance of plant and utilities area.Conducting routine & predictive maintenance of utilities equipment’s – Air Compressors, Softeners, Electrical panels, Switch Gears, Breakers timely.Coordinates and inspects major work on the electrical, plumbing, mechanical and other related systems in all department / locationsCoordinates or inspects, operates, and maintains the heating, cooling and ventilation systems (including boiler system) in production / maintenance department. |
